Feathr, based out of Gainesville, FL, is a martech SaaS startup that offers independent and association event organizers a marketing toolkit that improves attendee acquisition and retention. H2K Partners consulted with Feathr over a period of 8 months in an interim VP of Sales role as the company scaled to 300% YOY ARR growth. Responsibilities included managing 5 person account executive team, developing and rolling out a core pitch, training and coaching to improve product knowledge and sales process and skills performance. A second assignment with Feathr involved reviewing and analyzing sales calls using Gong.io and providing feedback as to sales rep competency plus gaps in the sales narrative and pitch deck.

Bisnow, based out of NYC, is an integrated media portfolio of digital media and live event solutions focused on the Commercial Real Estate industry. Our consulting project focused on evaluating the entire scope of the business to improve customer satisfaction to drive revenue growth in the areas of attendee ticket sales and event sponsorship. Key areas of focus included identifying onsite audience experience improvements, connecting the dots between digital content and live event content and identifying new revenue opportunities to expand customer value delivery.

Argyle Group, based out of NYC, is a consortium of 4 companies: Argyle Executive Forum, CFO Magazine, Innovation Enterprise, and Proformative. H2K assumed an interim CRO role while the company went through restructuring and managed all aspects of the revenue organization including demand generation, sales development, new business and renewal sales and customer success.
