H2K Partners is a consulting firm focused on driving growth for B2B startups, information/data businesses and digital media and event organizations. We focus on the full sales eco-system to drive growth and deploy next generation sales strategies to meet the complex needs of buyers across the entire decision cycle.

Our goal is to help B2B startups, information/data, digital media, and event companies achieve maximum growth by building next generation sales organizations. Our methodology includes understanding our clients' current and future growth strategies, how the current sales organization aligns to those strategies and recommendations and go to market plans to improve organization, hiring, territory modeling, quotas, KPIs, compensation structures for all roles within the Revenue Room including Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, SDR, AE, and Customer Success functions.

An entrepreneur at heart, I am an experienced, innovative and multi-functional leader in B2B information, SaaS, digital media, and event businesses. I have over 25 years experience working in industry sectors such as manufacturing, supply chain, IT, marketing, finance, customer experience, data, and entrepreneurship. My past key roles include Founder & President of Manufacturing Enterprise Communications, a division Thomas Publishing Company (acquired by Frost & Sullivan), CEO & Founder of HatchPad, and CEO & Founder of KidBacker Foundation for Entrepreneurship.

Through H2K Partners, I have held interim and fractional VP Sales, Head of Sales, VP Customer Success and CRO roles at client organizations including Feathr, GDS Group, Argyle Group and Gleanin.
​I am highly skilled at conceiving and designing innovative growth strategies with an emphasis on next generation sales organizations, culture, and go-to-market execution plans that integrate and align with product and marketing. I am passionate about sales across every layer of impact, am a fervent follower of Jeb Blount, and my favorite books include Fanatical Prospecting, Objections, and Never Split the Difference among many others. I believe that the optimal enterprise sales approach is a combination of knowing your customer's customer, deep understanding of the industries in which your customer and their customers operate, a relentless focus on ongoing upskilling, adherence to process and time management diligence.

So where does the word "Partner" come into play? "Partner" in H2K Partners represents my own professional eco-system that I work with to build high performing "revenue rooms." My partnership eco-system includes individuals and companies specializing in UX, web development and design, sales focused recruiting, marketing, demand generation, content development, and event operations management.
